At Sunidhi Publishers, we are committed to delivering high-quality books and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective book.
- You received the wrong book.
- The book has missing or misprinted pages.

Return Request
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order number, clear photographs of the book, and a brief description of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Books damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
- Books purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged or incorrectly delivered).
- Digital products, eBooks, or downloadable content.
- Orders returned without prior approval.

Refunds
- Once the returned book is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If you paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Replacement
If the book is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.

Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective book), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- For any other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

सुनिधी पब्लिशर्समध्ये आम्ही आमच्या ग्राहकांना दर्जेदार पुस्तके आणि उत्कृष्ट सेवा देण्यासाठी कटिबद्ध आहोत. कृपया ऑर्डर करण्यापूर्वी आमचे परतावा व परतफेड धोरण काळजीपूर्वक वाचा.
१. परताव्यासाठी पात्रता
खालील परिस्थितींमध्येच पुस्तक परत करता येईल:
- पुस्तक खराब (Damaged) किंवा दोषयुक्त (Defective) अवस्थेत प्राप्त झाल्यास.
- ऑर्डर केलेल्या पुस्तकाऐवजी चुकीचे पुस्तक प्राप्त झाल्यास.
- पुस्तकामध्ये पाने गायब असणे किंवा मुद्रणातील त्रुटी (Printing Defect) आढळल्यास.
२. परताव्याची विनंती
- पुस्तक प्राप्त झाल्यापासून ७ दिवसांच्या आत परताव्याची विनंती करावी.
- परताव्यासाठी ऑर्डर क्रमांक, पुस्तकाचे स्पष्ट छायाचित्र (Photos) आणि समस्येचे थोडक्यात वर्णन आमच्या ग्राहक सेवा विभागाकडे पाठवावे.
३. परतावा स्वीकारला जाणार नाही
खालील परिस्थितींमध्ये परतावा किंवा परतफेड दिली जाणार नाही:
- वितरणानंतर ग्राहकाच्या चुकीच्या वापरामुळे किंवा निष्काळजीपणामुळे नुकसान झालेली पुस्तके.
- विशेष सवलत, ऑफर किंवा क्लिअरन्स सेलमध्ये खरेदी केलेली पुस्तके (जोपर्यंत ती खराब किंवा चुकीची पाठवलेली नसतील).
- ई-बुक्स, डिजिटल पुस्तके किंवा डाउनलोड करता येणारी डिजिटल उत्पादने.
- पूर्वपरवानगीशिवाय परत पाठवलेली पुस्तके.
४. परतफेड (Refund)
- परत आलेल्या पुस्तकाची तपासणी केल्यानंतर परतफेड मंजूर किंवा नामंजूर झाल्याची माहिती ग्राहकाला दिली जाईल.
- परतफेड मंजूर झाल्यास, रक्कम मूळ पेमेंट पद्धतीद्वारे ७ ते १० कामकाजाच्या दिवसांत परत केली जाईल.
- कॅश ऑन डिलिव्हरी (COD) द्वारे केलेल्या ऑर्डरची परतफेड बँक खात्यामार्फत किंवा परस्पर संमतीने निश्चित केलेल्या पद्धतीने केली जाईल.
५. पुस्तक बदलून देण्याची सुविधा
पुस्तक खराब, दोषयुक्त किंवा चुकीचे प्राप्त झाल्यास, उपलब्धतेनुसार कोणतेही अतिरिक्त शुल्क न आकारता नवीन पुस्तक पाठविण्यात येईल.
६. वाहतूक खर्च (Shipping Charges)
- आमच्या चुकीमुळे (चुकीचे, खराब किंवा दोषयुक्त पुस्तक) परतावा असल्यास, परतीचा संपूर्ण वाहतूक खर्च आम्ही उचलू.
- इतर मंजूर परताव्यांच्या बाबतीत, वाहतूक खर्च परतफेडीच्या रकमेतून वजा केला जाऊ शकतो.
